The home is warm and cosy with heat pumps in every room (substituting as air con for summer guests), a gas fire in the lounge, heated towel rails and wall heaters in the bathrooms. Two of the four double bedrooms have king split beds, meaning they can each be set up as 1x king or 2x singles. This offers great flexibility for different group dynamics. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - Queenscliff is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager.
