About this Holiday House

Four bedroom house on the beach at Horseshoe Bay. Stunning views. Huge lounge, with a conservatory, overlooking the beach. Courtesy transfers Vehicle available Please note heating is now by a heat pump, which makes the house cosy warm. Huge deck with a large BBQ. This house is a great place to have a family holiday, with heaps of room for the kids. Please be aware that the cell phone coverage is only Telecom, 027 and can be patchy at the house. Minimum 2 nights.

Special Amenities

Super location for that holiday away from the crowds. Great location for a honeymoon. The beach is very safe for the children, and can be viewed at all times from the house. Rakiura National Park very close by, with beautiful walks for all ages. Seabirds, native birds, and if you're lucky, you may be able to spot dolphins in the bay, or a seal basking on the beach in the sun. There is a vehicle with the house

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Ulva Island, is a must see, just a short water taxi away. Fishing trips, or take the kids fishing off the wharf. Kayaking, is a great way to see the sights.

We loved the Awatea Beach House, it felt like a true family bach and was perfect for our adult family gathering of seven. It was easy to kick back and relax. Amazing views and great set up with the decks, sunroom, bbq, couches and heat pump in the lounge. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the extra blankets were welcome on the colder nights. People really easy to deal with.
