Large open plan kitchen, dining, & lounge area, which opens out through a large ranchslider on to a large 18' by 6' deck with outdoor furniture, BBQ & sea views. Laundry in basement garage. Only 1 minute walk to Oakura Bay beach, which is a safe family beach, sheltered from ocean swells by several outlying islands. Oakura Bay has clean white sand with interesting shells, has great walks & is a great place to stay & as a base to visit the rest of Northland. Only 1 hour from the Bay of Islands & Whangarei. There is plenty to do & explore ranging from long beach walks, playing in the sand, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, kayaking, exploring Goat Island though to going South of Oakura Bay to visit & swim in the "Mermaid Pool". Tennant is responsible for cleaning flat at end of stay & for any breakages. COVID JABS. As we are in our late 70's & early 80's & have heath problems, WE WOULD PREFER that all Tenants eligible for Covid Jabs must if possible, provide us with documented proof that they have been fully vaccinated, or if unvaccinated, please keep a 2 metre spacing.
