Sunny, well positioned, barn accommodation which has been recently redecorated, is situated on a lifestyle block of 10 acres. The open living, dining kitchen space is warm and cosy with the log-burner if needed but opens out onto its own lawn area and deck which is next to our paddocks. The 2 separate bedrooms are ideal for families but are flexible enough to accommodate most people. The fully equipped kitchen and accommodation will allow you to rest and relax away from it all. We also have some pets, Layla our collie cross dog and a cat called Linus. They are all very friendly and will greet you when you arrive. Layla, our dog, is very gentle in nature but will greet you with a bark on arrival, but will probably come and see you for a tummy rub. She is free to roam the property but prefers to stay near our house. We are 10 mins from Rangiora where there are all the facilities you need and 35 mins from Christchurch city centre. As your hosts, Wendy and Simon, live on-site, we are more than happy to give you directions or advice on your activities during your stay.
