Absolute beachfront! Step straight from the lawn onto the beach. Our quintessential Golden Bay bach is perfectly situated for couples or small families. Relax on the large deck and soak up the sun while enjoying views across the ocean. Comfortable and equipped with the essentials, our bach has a large master bedroom with ensuite and 2 smaller rooms each sleeping 2 guests. Board games and books for quieter days. Log burner for those cooler nights. Safe swimming/kayaking right out front. Welcome to paradise.

Children's playground in a quiet park setting 2 minute walk from our bach. Easy access to estuary for kayaking/fishing. Short drive to The Mussel Inn microbrewery and restaurant. Less than 10 minutes drive to Collingwood township and 20 minutes to Takaka. Parapara is ideally situated for day trips to Farewell Spit Nature Reserve, Wharariki beach, Kaituna & Heaphy Track, many cool cafes and local artist's galleries.

The lovely blue beach bach was exactly our 'Cup of Tea' Ngaire & Tom are wonderful hosts, and it was a joy to stay in their cottage. You have complete privacy and comfort. Sit at the dining table, The lounge or anywhere on the deck and take in the spectacular view of the bay and beyond. The cottage has a great ambiance, character and is filled with a library of books and love! Walks along the beach, in either direction are a must. We would have loved to have used the kayaks but the weather wasn't kind to us. The fireplace was wonderful as was the big comfy bed with electric blanket.. We are so happy that we took time out to explore the Golden Bay area. Try the fishing at the salmon farm. It was a treat. Cheers for now. Many thanks from Joyce & Garry

Fabulous location, quite & private, central to all activities in Golden Bay. House was clean & had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was excellent. Would recommend for a relaxing stay.
