If COVID restrictions happen and you are unable to use your booking a full refund will be made. If COVID restrictions apply while you are staying then both parties booked and owners will need to come to an arrangement that best suits all everyone. Rates apply to a per room basis. If two adults require one room each then their is an additional $30 room charge above standard room charge. Pet free house if you have any allergies always good to know.
