This modern home delights guests with its fabulous location and wonderful amenities. Prestigious Loop Road is a quiet street off the main road on the Kelvin Heights Peninsula boasting close access to the waterfront. Locals refer to this neighbourhood as the sunny side of the lake, and guests will quickly appreciate staying in such a warm and bright home.
The main living level is generously sized and open plan including the kitchen, dining, comfortable seating around the gas fire and an additional nook with TV with SKY channels including sport. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked for self-catering.
Bi-fold doors run the length of two sides of this room offering the best natural light, fresh air, alpine views and flow to the outdoors.
There is a wrap around balcony with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, sun umbrella and bean bags to soak up the 180 degree lake and mountain views.
The master bedroom with lake views and ensuite is on the main level of the house. Down the steps are bedrooms 2 and 3, one with a king bed and the other with a king split beds offering excellent flexibility for different group dynamics. Also on this ground level is a large bathroom with separate shower and bath tub, full laundry facilities and an additional lounge. Guests love this extra space to spread out or hideaway; this room has another TV and a top quality sofa bed available for additional guests with prior arrangements. This room flows out to a patio with seating and a brand new spa pool, which is a real treat after a day on the slopes. Please note, there is a $150 charge should you wish to use this facility and it will be professionally valeted, up to temperature and ready for your arrival.

When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- Sunnyside Vista is for a maximum of 8 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded.
- If you wish to use the spa pool, a one-off NZ$150 fee applies.
- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Sunnyside Vista is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal.
