This accommodation is truly a home away from home, with a country feel, yet only a 5 minute walk to Lake Wanaka. With a full kitchen, laundry, ski boot drying room, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, master king bedroom and 2 queen beds as well as 1 king singles (with pull out bed) in each of the 2 queen bedrooms, you're sure to enjoy the luxury. The sense of space and tranquility are apparent to see, along with the amazing views. You will wake up hearing the distant sound of sheep in the neighbouring paddocks baa-ing, Cows and houses wandering the paddocks across the road. Wild rabbits are in abundance and you can't help but spot them cheekily eating away. See the morning sun rising over Mt Iron, as the sun streams into the kitchen and living area. As the townhouse faces north you have the full all day sun along the kitchen and living area, which leads onto the 42 square metre patio with pergola. The patio has a long outdoor dining table with 2 bench seats and 4 relaxing chairs. Enjoy the use of a Rinnai 6 burner hooded BBQ, complete with rotisserie. The townhouse has been carefully designed with short term guests in mind, with full kitchen & laundry facilities, data points and even a drying room for ski boots/clothing! Naturally in the winter there are electric blankets on the beds. 3 x TV's: master bedroom, one of the queen bedrooms and a 65" Panasonic wall mounted Smart TV in the lounge. You'll keep nice and warm with a large heatpump in the living area, which is positioned to also flow upstairs. The bedrooms all have wall heaters in them. Of course each bathroom has a heater as well as heated towel rails. The Master bedroom faces north with views of the lake and mountains. The two queen bedrooms overlooks our neighbours 5 acre vineyard. There is a separate downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is a 2nd separate toilet, plus an ensuite bathroom for the Master bedroom. Each of the two upstairs bathrooms have tiled showers, generous vanity drawer storage space, opening skylight windows, heated towel rails and heaters. The townhouse sealed driveway has room for parking of 3 cars or a car & boat combination. If you are bringing children there is lots of room for them to run about, including playing on the manicured lawn in front of and around your accommodation.
