Please note that the lower level of the home is accessed via the outdoor stairs and does not have internal access. Bedrooms 4 and 5 downstairs have a partial lake view. The master ensuite has a shower, Bathroom 2 upstairs has a separate shower and bath, Bathroom 3 downstairs has a shower. The bathrooms have heated towel rails, hair dryers and toiletries. All premium bed linens and towels provided. Configuration: Four of the five bedrooms have king split beds meaning they each have the option to split into twin beds if required. Living areas: The living room flows through from the dining area and can be closed off via sliding doors. There is a nook off of the kitchen space with a desk if you need to work remotely. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - Tahuna Lakeside is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held. - Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am. - Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut. - No pets or animals are permitted. - We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed.
