Surrounded by a vibrant array of restaurants and bars, this apartment is the ultimate haven for relaxation after attending events, participating in a marathon, or enjoying a concert at Spark Arena. This recently renovated apartment features an open-plan living space with easy access to the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing and hosting meals, as well as for study, work, and meetings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking utensils, an electric stove and oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and ample cupboard space. A smoothie maker is available for quick meals on the go. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and cooking essentials are provided. The living room includes two 2-seater sofas, a single armchair, and a selection of magazines, books, board games, and cards and access to the balcony with a sliding door, that overlooks onto the pool, spa & outdoor recreational areas. The bedrooms have a Super King & Queen bed with a large double wardrobe in each & bedside tables with lamps. The master bedroom has access to the balcony with a sliding door, that overlooks onto the pool, spa & outdoor recreational areas. An ironing board & iron, vacuum & a fan/heater are available. Bed linen & pillows are provided all with protectors. Blankets are available for those cooler months. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail, shower with a hand-held wand, vanity, washer/dryer, and washing powder. Complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, toothpaste, floss, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, are available. Enjoy the balcony, which receives sunlight from late morning to early afternoon, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Guests will be greeted on arrival by the host. Please confirm 24 hours prior your time of arrival. Check in is from 1pm. Check out at 10am. Ramp, lift and stair access available. Street Parking, from 1 July 2024: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm | $4.50 per hour | $8 per hour after the first 2 hours Weekends and Public Holidays 8am - 6pm | $2.50 per hour | $4 per hour after the first 2 hours Overnight on street parking charges are pending, from 6pm - 8am. Public Parking | Wilson Carpark is a 5 minute walk on Anzac Avenue Private Parking | A private and secure carpark is available as an additional feature for an extra charge located in the apartment building with lift access to the apartment. Please enquire when you book. This is not a mandatory fee for staying at the apartment. Identification | Identification is requested by guests to eliminate the chance of receiving a false booking and to be able to have the guest’s information if it becomes required. A copy is required via message or email however a video call can also be arranged to sight the identification. If a copy is made, the identification is held until the completion of the booking and inspection of premises. Details including date of birth and identification number can be obscured once verified. Agreement | An agreement between the guest and the host, for the duration of your stay, will be provided prior to your stay and primarily includes the following: Host and Body Corporate Operational Guidelines, Disclosure of Personal Information, Damage, Protection, Security Deposits and Fees. Check-ins | 1pm; an earlier check-in may be organised with the host. Check-out | 10am; a late check-out can be organised with the host prior to your stay. Cleaning | The apartment is cleaned prior and after your stay. However if you would like cleaning or housekeeping service during your stay this may be arranged at an extra charge. Please enquire if required. Occupancy limit | 4 people maximum 10% off at Melba Vulcan Lane with every purchase presenting an AirBnBAKL business card.
