Location Tucked away in Heathcote Valley, its only a 3 minute drive to the Ferrymead shopping area with cafes, shopping and bars. 3 minutes to the Gondola experience with views to Banks Peninsular and over the Christchurch city. Sumner beach is an 8 minute drive and in the other direction Lyttelton is just 5 minutes away. With Christchurch city center only a 20 minute drive away the property has all the privacy and seclusion for the perfect getaway while still being close to the city. The popular Heathcote Riding School is just across the road with a small cafe. Please Note: This property is not recommended for 0-3 year olds because of to the drop down to the sunken lounge. There are security cameras with audio operating externally around this property, this is for your safety and ours.

All of our houses offer 24-hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3 PM and check-out is before 10 AM. The houses are fitted with either secure lock boxes containing the keys or coded door access, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information before your stay.

We can provide a port-a-cot, highchair, and baby bath if required at extra cost, please send us a message when you book and we will ensure they are ready at the house for your arrival.

We require a photo ID and your credit card details and will charge a pre-authorization of $1000 the day before your arrival which puts a pending hold on those funds and this will automatically drop off after 7 days. If there are extra charges for damage or extra costs you will be notified of these via email and be sent an invoice.
