The lounge room has comfortable Italian sofas, perfect for watching movies on the 50 inch flat screen TV and relaxing by the fire. The spacious balcony comes with outdoor seating and BBQ, providing an ideal space for dining al fresco amidst the spectacular city, lake and mountain views.
If you plan to dine in, the galley-style kitchen has everything you need to treat your friends or family to a meal. You’ve got indoor and outdoor options for dining areas so you’re covered for any season. After dinner, you can relax with a mug of hot cocoa or a glass of Central Otago pinot noir in front of the indoor fire—the perfect ending to a perfect day.
Privacy, Space, and Comfort
Each of the three bedrooms benefit from ample space, built in wardrobes, and their own televisions. The plush linens and pillows are the perfect nest to curl up in after a hard day of exploring all that Queenstown has to offer. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, two with ensuite bathrooms featuring luxurious walk-in tile showers and gleaming glass. The Master bedroom at the rear, features an oversized bathtub perfect for long soaks after a busy day sightseeing. Two guest bedroom beds can be split into singles if required, simply let us know which bed configuration you’d prefer when booking.
The apartment also comes with its own secure carpark space in the garage below, so there’s no hassle when it comes to parking in town.
In winter the apartment is pre-heated with an underfloor heating system plus additional bedroom heaters and electric blankets. You won’t find a better luxury pad to enjoy the ski season holiday.
For bookings of seven nights or more your holiday home will be serviced mid-stay. Request prior to arrival for additional servicing, additional charges apply.

Queenstown, New Zealand, sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. There's many adrenaline activities including bungee jumping off Kawarau Bridge, jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers, skydiving and white water rafting. In winter, there's skiing on the slopes of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Cardrona local ski fields.

Two bedrooms can either offer a King Bed or two King Singles; simply let us know at the time of booking and we'll separate the beds for your arrival. Our standard configuration is as King Beds.
At no additional cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for infants, simply request at time of booking.

1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times
2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it.
3. Remove footwear inside the house.
4. All outdoor balconies and living areas must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously. No parties or events. Please take your parties into town.
5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.
