This pet friendly house is best suited to families or small groups. Its on a one acre section it is not fenced but has trees and shrubs surrounding the perimeter. There is a fenced kennel area if you need this for your pooch. Due to the size of the garden you have a sense of space from this house and it has great mountain views and provides a great place for children to play. The main living space is open plan and well set up for entertaining. It has a full kitchen plus dining area and relaxing lounge area. These all lead out to the garden via triple stacker glass sliders. There is also a separate lounge with fire place, plenty of firewood is provided. Outside there is a bbq and seating so you can enjoy the long evenings. There are 2 full bathrooms, the ensuite and then the family bathroom which has a bath and a shower. There is a washing machine and a dryer located in the garage. The house is located in a private and peaceful neighbourhood yet it is just a 5mins drive to centre of town and the lake. There are a selection of walking tracks from the door that either take you up Mt Iron or to the river. The local shops, café and restaurants are just 2 mins away so very handy if you need anything and don’t want to drive to town.
