Nearby are the Waihau Bay Store (All basic supplies, ice, bait and fuel), and the Waihau Bay Lodge (bar and restaurant). Walk the beautiful Oruaiti Beach 100 meters away, a great place to swim, snorkel or fish off the shore. (Charter boats are available locally please inquire). Rock pools for exploring close historical Raukokere Church 5 minutes away by car. A superb location to take advantage of all that Waihau Bay has to offer.
