This old style little A-frame house is located in the heart of Ngongotaha. The place features a decent kitchen, bathrooms and flooring throughout. It is only a few minutes drive away from the Gondola, Zorb & Agrodome. Just a few minutes walk to the lake side. The Space: The lower living area is all open plan with a kitchen, living and dining in the same room. The property has 2 decent sized bedrooms with both with queen beds and the 3rd bedroom is a little smaller with 2 singles. The place is fitted with laminate flooring in the main areas and all bedrooms have carpet. This is a small house with character! There is a keypad on the door, so you can arrive any time you like. There is a car port for parking up to 3 vehicles. NOTE #1: This house is located near a lake, which means there will be insects/bugs and pests around. These occasionally can end up inside the house, which we provide fly spray for you. NOTE #2: The property has a steep set of stairs which many not be suitable for younger children or the elderly. NOTE #3: The parking space can be a little tight, may not be suitable for larger vehicles which may mean you have to park road side (for free). NOTE #4: The photos are a couple of years old, expect normal wear and tear on some items. This house is just a few minutes walk to the lake, and a boat ramp in case you enjoy boating on the lake.
