Our house is located in 2 Lochinver Avenue, Lake Tekapo is just crossed road. Floor to ceiling windows give you a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy many outdoor activities in the surrounding countryside, including mountain biking, horseback riding and taking a dip in Alpine springs hot pools. It is less than 30 minutes from many popular ski slopes, including Mt. Dobson and Roundhill ski resorts.

Pennscroft is a studio with en-suite bathroom and lake view through the window. The first owner of Tekapo1929 -Dick built his own house and named it "Old Pennscroft", meaning using his own "penny" to make his sweet "croft". This room offers a breath-taking lakefront view from the bedroom and a sun-soaked balcony.
