Built and designed with guests in mind, this beautifully furnished, modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus additional guest toilet, home offers everything you need for a fantastic Taupo escape. Enjoy TVs in every room and a games room. A herb lined sunken garden with outdoor fire and lighting with peekaboo views of the city lights and lake as well as a conservatory for outdoor dining in all weathers. BBQ provided.
During the hot summer months, relax with cooling ducted air con throughout the property powered by solar, and in the winter, cosy heating throughout together with a warming gas fireplace in the main living area. Comfort for all with a push of a button.
Nga Roto is the new place to be, with everything at your finger tips. You don't even need to get in the car to get to the local supermarket, cafes, restaurant and bar, sushi shop, tenpin bowling, arcade, mini golf, trampoline & ninja indoor entertainment centre, along with the Sailing Club just down the road. There is even a playground right across the road, perfect for keeping the young ones entertained.
The lake is a leisurely 10 minute walk through the native tree lined walkways created for Nga Roto Estate. You’ll be close to a number of Taupo’s finest beaches with the dazzling clear waters of Wharewaka Point, Three and Four Mile Bays all within walking distance. Enjoy cycling the bays and storing your bikes in a deluxe lockable shed on site, which is perfect for safely storing watersports, fishing and ski gear too. Secure boat and jet ski parking is also available at ‘Stay Taupo’ for your convenience.
Taupo township, for an array of shopping, eateries and holiday activities, is a short 7 minute drive with the airport only minutes away.
'Stay Taupo' has hotel quality bedding and linen, for your utmost comfort. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own ensuite bathroom, to allow maximum privacy.
The flexible bedding configuration means that this property can cater to different groups of families, couples and singles.
Room Configuration
Bedroom 1: 1 x Super King Split Bed (This can be split to make 2x King Singles)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Super King Split Bed (This can be split to make 2x King Singles)
Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single Beds (These can be put together to make a Super King)
Additional Bed: 1x Single Trundler Bed (best suited to a child).
Please note - if you require the beds to be split, or made together, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, they will be made as 2x Super King, 2x King Single, 1x Single Trundler bed.
Maximum of 7 guests allowed per stay. Strictly no pets allowed.
House Rules and Information
Parking: There is off-street parking for 2-3 cars, including boat parking. There is no parking available in the garage. Bikes can be stored in the large lockable shed.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.*
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
