The layout of this house makes it suitable for families of up to 12 guests. Please note, we allow a maximum of 8 adults per stay. The upper level offers a modern open-plan kitchen and living which opens to the expansive, private deck. This level also consists of 2 bedrooms, plus main bathroom with separate toilet. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, plus an additional space with a single bed and couch. You need to walk through this space to get to the other bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms can be closed off to this space with single bed and couch. There is also a bathroom on this floor to service these rooms. Bedding configuration is: 1x King, 1x King, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x King and 1x Single, plus downstairs space with 1x Single bed. This spacious house sits on a fully-fenced section with ample parking and room for the kids to play safely.
