Our neighbours are Parklands School so if you have children, they will have plenty of space to run and play, use the playground & basketball court. Countdown supermarket is literally 2 minutes’ walk away, so you can sit back and enjoy a fabulous Tasman experience! Note: bathroom & toilet have a single step down.

Open plan living, with everything you need for a relaxing family break. Outdoor heated shower and outdoor fireplace for toasting marshmallows. Al fresco dining and multiple reading and relaxing spots on the many decks and seating areas - with the sound of the ocean and birdsong to further unwind. Boat parking on property and outside hoses. WIFI connection. Cell phone coverage is 'patchy' but if you walk down the end of the street you'll find a better reception. TV - just the main broadcasting channels, no sky or prime. Netflicks and You tube. Gas BBQ and well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, Fridge/Freezer and Bosch dishwasher. Washing machine, separate tub and laundry plus clothes line.

The view is taken from the deck of this house which has a prime view over the main Kaiteriteri beach, boat ramp and action, as the site was purchased in the '60s before the area became a tourist destination. It is the site often used for commercials in the area and the Repel insect advertisement. The house is open-plan with wall to wall ranch sliding doors opening on to the deck. It is under a five minute walk to Little Kaiteriteri and main beach, but visitors are often content to listen to the native birds in the surrounding trees and watch the world(and the quails) go by, from the deck - there is always plenty to see, day and night. All day sun, heaps of parking, completely private-ideal honeymooners retreat! Bedroom 4 has outside access only. House to be left in tidy state. Linen not supplied-unless requested for additional amount. House trained pets are welcome! Three nights minimum stay. $160 cleaning fee applies-this is not included in quote. An additional $20 per night is charged for public holidays.

From the house it is only a 5 minute walk down to Kaiteriteri Beach or Breakers Bay. With all day sun it is a great place to base yourself and your family while you explore the Abel Tasman National Park, and the Nelson/ Tasman/ and Golden Bay regions during the winter or summer months. So relaxing, so easy to be here....holiday perfect! The home is in Rowling Road at the beach end of Little Kaiteriteri. It is private, has a lovely view and is so close to the beach...90 seconds walk. The home comfortably sleeps 8 people. 2 double bedrooms upstairs (one has splittable super king bed, the other has a comfortable queen bed). Large studio downstairs has 3 bunks and a queen. This modern home has a well appointed stainless steel kitchen with microwave, electric oven and gas burners, large fridge, dishwasher, plenty of cupboards and drawers, large pantry for your food storage, and all the mod-cons and utensils you could need. Huge glass sliding doors open from the lounge on to 2 private verandas giving you amazing room for indoor/outdoor living, all day sun and great views to the bay and the wild bird nature reserve across the road. One deck has a large picnic table/chairs/umbrella ideal for dining, views, or just relaxing. Reclining deck chairs on the other. The lounge/dining area has a large flat screen Sky TV, comfortable couches, gas fireplace, DVD/stereo/CD/iPod player, and a stack of puzzles and games to keep you and the kids occupied. Wireless internet is free and available throughout the house. The master bedroom upstairs has an ensuite bathroom plus there is another large bathroom upstairs with spa bath and shower. Downstairs also has a bathroom with shower. Kitchenette downstairs, 1 outside shower, extra fridge/freezer and washer & dryer in the spacious garage, deck chairs, infinity hot water, BBQ, high chair and cot, fully fenced for toddlers, clothes line, lovely gardens and a small lawn... it's all here!

This is an incredible property to enjoy a family holiday as there is plenty of space. A lovely 10 minute walk to the Golden sands of Kaiteriteri Beach, the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park. It is beautifully appointed with quality fittings. The interior design is very tasteful and the extra high 3 metre ceilings create a very spacious atmosphere. This property has a unique mezzanine floor, with mattresses which would be suitable for children if supervised. Adults have also slept up in the mezzanine and found it to be comfortable. The access to the mezzanine is by a purpose built ladder. The kitchen, living and lounge area is open plan and opens up onto a large deck through large sliding doors. All the amenities are well appointed and brand new. The house is wired for both 230 volt and 110 volt . Great for both the local and American holiday-makers. The bathrooms and showers are beautifully tiled. There is wonderful central heating and cooling throughout the house, including the mezzanine . There is plenty of off street parking for a boat
