Welcome to The Cottage - Whitianga! This sunny, cozy and tidy self-contained cottage is handy to town, and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 2 guests. The cottage sits behind, but has privacy from, the owners house. The driveway is shared however, you have your own area to park. Bring the boat! You're only 800 metres from the boat ramp. The heat-pump/air-conditioning unit will keep you comfortable all-year round. From the cottage, you are near to an estuary walkway to the famous 'Lovers Rock'. Town centre is only a couple of minutes drive, where you will find a variety of shops, cafe's and restaurants. Room Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed House Rules and Information Parking: There is off street parking for 2 vehicles, including boat parking. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. The main bathroom features a shower, toilet and lovely deep bath which makes for a lovely spot to soak at the end of the day. There are 2 parking spaces allocated for you. Bedding, linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar are all provided for you. Whilst we do not charge a separate cleaning fee, the apartment must be left tidy. This is a smoke-free property.
