Rates are negotiable for longer and off peak stays.
Please note we do not discount Friday and Saturday night stays.
If you book Friday and Saturday nights you can add Thursday and/or Sunday for half price - not available public holiday weekends.
$600 minimum charge per weekend stay. $500 during the week. May be negotiable in quieter periods. Holiday weekends may require a 3 night stay minimum.
$200 per night for the first couple. $250 in peak season 1 Sep-30 April.
$40 for each extra person.
Bring your infants in a portacot for free.
We have wifi available at the property, subject to no service provider outages!
Please note that payment by credit card incurs a 3% fee to cover the cost charged by our provider.
Your booking is not confirmed until we have received a deposit of your first night's accomodation and other required information we ask for. Longer stays may require a higher deposit.
Final payment is due 7 days prior to your stay.
Longer Stays
If you want a longer stay, we will do you a great deal!
We prefer bookings of two nights or more. However do not hesitate to ask and if we can do something we will! Usually we will only accept single night stays within the month and over winter or if we are filling a gap. Single night stays, if accepted incur a cleaning surcharge of $150.
As our house is for paying guests only wedding after parties/ "Sunday BBQs" and other gatherings of non paying guests incur an additional fee and are by our agreement only. Please ask for further details.
We do not allow additional guests in tents or caravans etc on site. Thanks
