This is a wonderful place to stay. There is every amenity and the suite was so well equipped we could have cooked a banquet. No shortage of choice for breakfasts and proper sizes, none of that motel offering of tiny sachets of milk and two-a-day tea and coffee. Also, the beds were very comfortable and no shortage of towels in the bathroom. The whole place was very well heated and extremely quiet as it is off the main road. Our hostess, Chrissie, went above and beyond for us, even driving into town to bring us back a meal after our late arrival. We had a wonderful time at Triffitts Loft , a perfect central place in the Wairarapa, and an easy stroll to the supermarket and shops. Really appreciated the beautiful fresh fruit and provisions Chrissie had set out for us. The loft was really private and nicely appointed. The mountains and outlook was really relaxing treat to wake up to. Perfect for a wee break away. We would love to come back again!! We enjoyed a daytrip to Castlepoint from here too.
