"A real Kiwi bach" Rustic, plywood, beachy house which sleeps 15+. - Main House has 1 queen and 3 singles in the hallway next to it (5 total). The beds are good for little ones as they can be near parents. - Two cabins have a queen bed each (4 people) - The end building, aka the Rec Room has many beds: 2 queens (the base of bunks), 3 singles plus a double futon and a converted boat. It's quirky and charming, made of plywood for barefoot living. Our family bach sits on 7 acres of beach front land, with dunes and the estuary on one side and a pine forest on the other. There a lime orchard for picking limes between May & October. We are on the beachfront in that there are no houses between us and the sea; but the ocean is a good walk from the house. You can see and hear the sea, but it doesn't smack you in the face. Our vision to share our bach with other like-minded families, since we had trouble finding the perfect rental when we were wanting one. We really do enjoy sharing it with others, and hope you add your memories to this happy place also. No groups under age of 25 please, and no stag dos anymore due to recent bad experiences. Pets are welcome, but no dogs on beds; and please keep in mind that the beach house is on a working farm so dogs chasing sheep are in mortal peril. ;-) There are also speed limits to respect on the farm; and no bikes or quads please; as they tear up the grass on the sandy soil.
