Tigers Den is an exceptional property nestled on the hillside in Waikawa Bay, Marlborough Sounds just two minutes from Picton. It overlooks the spectacular Waikawa Marina and Queen Charlotte Sound. Beautifully furnished with all conveniences, including a full office with wi fi internet access. Tigers Den has sleeping facilities for ten people with three double rooms and two twins. The master bedroom boasts stunning views over the marina. Great outdoor dining on a covered balcony plus a BBQ area and spa on the sun deck overlooking the marina. A first class hostess kitchen with every convenience supplied. Magnificent sound system with DVD, Sky, IPod dock, CD player - all with indoor-outdoor speaker system.

Whether it be swimming with the dolphins, boating or fishing in the Marlborough Sounds to watching whales in Kaikoura; from walks through the bush and along the breathtaking coastline to relaxing and sampling wine at Marlborough's world-class wineries, there is something to interest everyone.

This place is fabulous! The pictures dont do it justice. Everything was in immaculate condition, and even a robe for guests to wear out to the spa, which was clean and had the most amazing view. Keith was a wonderful host and made sure our stay was an enjoyable one. We cant wait to visit again! Definatley highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing but luxurious place to stay with a large group! Thanks again.

we chose Tigers den for my husbands 30th birthday over Easter Keith was beyond helpful ,giving various options of local attractions . keith even organised our shuttle from Picton Ferry. The house itself is amazing, it offers spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms with a great entertainment system which boasts music to all areas of the home. The young ones were with us and even had pota cot provided. The kitchen was fantastic along with great big BBQ we able to cook for all guests staying with us. Waikawa Bay has very calm feel about it, the locals are friendly and the surroundings are breath taking. I can not speak more fondly of Tigers Den. we hope to visit again and check out all of the wineries.

What a treasure , We wanted to spoil family from the UK and ended up spoiling ourselves. This place must be the best available in the region.The views are absolutely gorgeous.The house is rigged with every imaginable pleasure,from brilliant sound system (which even has speakers at spa pool ) to state-of-the-art appliances. Keith was brilliant and intent on making our stay as comfy as possible. Thanks guys we,ll be back soon.
