Superb summer holiday here in the Coromandel at this spacious holiday house. Which is well considered for your stay and has everything you may need including bean bags. A Large kitchen fully equipped and an extensive deck which we ate on frequently. Enjoyed the BBQ. It is well located minutes from the beach. For those who wish to swim you can also do so at the river, where you can kayak, Andrew was generous in allowing us the use of theirs. Their is plenty of space, a deck front and back, is sunny with a fresh sea breeze. In the evening's we played petanque on the lawn. Within an hour of Cooks beach are wonderful beaches. Nearby is a farmer's market with locally grown produce and Cathedral cove which has spectacular views. The House caters for any needs you may have. The arrival departure arrangements are clearly outlined. We felt fortunate to spend our summer holiday at the Boylan house and would certainly return again. Susan Garry

Our time at Boylan place ; House is very organized, more spacious than most batches. With it's extensive deck offering outdoor eating. It is also well positioned for those of us who wish to be close to the beach. Cook's is a beautiful long white sanded beach.. Neighborhood was especially nice, suited us, with considerate neighbours. We enjoyed the quiet street.. Found beach and river outlet a friendly place for walks which we did daily, as it was so convenient. Throughout the house it is comfortable with traces of happy time's Boylan family clearly had holidaying there. Mercury bay although popular, is quiter than Whitiangi, A ferry ride away. Cooks has some great beaches as Neighbour's. Everything was as you'd wish within the house. Organized, with clear guidelines. Andrew is very pleasant to communicate with.
