The beach bach at Water's Edge, Bay of Islands is a fully self-contained holiday home situated right on the beach front. The house is an open plan, 4 bedroom holiday home on the water's edge in quiet, sheltered Lemon's Bay, Bay of Islands. The house has expansive views from the living areas and a spacious deck that attracts all day sun. There is an outdoor hot tub / spa pool also with views over the bay and a gas barbecue. The Beach Bach sleeps 8. The king bedroom and one of the two queen bedrooms are located in a separate wing and share a bathroom. The second queen bedroom and bunk bedroom are in the main house where there is a second bathroom. Bed linen, bath and spa/beach towels, kitchen tea-towels, wifi and use of the kayaks and life jackets are included in the nightly rate. The property is close to the Russell car ferry and adjacent to the Opua to Paihia coastal walking track. Come and enjoy our little slice of heaven. Guests are asked to note that as the property is situated on the beachfront parking and turning is limited to guests vehicles only. The property cannot accommodate trailers and boats and has no boat or jet ski launching facilities. There are excellent facilities at the Bay of Islands Marina which is a short 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk from Water's Edge.
