There is a fully equipped kitchen, under bench oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, a 42 inch LCD TV, ample seating for 6 guests – there is a also laundry with washing machine and dryer for guest use and a powder room with toilet and vanity. This 2 bedroom house is situated on the ridge overlooking beautiful, sandy Long Beach which is the best all-tide safe swimming beach in the area. The beach is about a 7 minute walk from Sunrise View. From the large deck you can watch the dolphins and the ever-changing seascape. Russell is situated in NZ's subtropical north and is one of the main gateways to the Bay of Islands. The town offers a rich history with cruises, parasailing, diving, sailing and fishing charters, which depart from Russell wharf only a 10 minute walk away. There are wineries and many restaurants in the area and a golf course is situated across the Bay in Waitangi.

Kapiro is a self contained cottage set in a vineyard and surrounded by lemon orchards. The cottage is open plan with a full kitchen and separate bathroom. King size bed, sky TV, Swimming pool and a full size tennis court. Private and romantic and close to beaches. We no longer operate a cellar door.

The beach bach at Water's Edge, Bay of Islands is a fully self-contained holiday home situated right on the beach front. The house is an open plan, 4 bedroom holiday home on the water's edge in quiet, sheltered Lemon's Bay, Bay of Islands. The house has expansive views from the living areas and a spacious deck that attracts all day sun. There is an outdoor hot tub / spa pool also with views over the bay and a gas barbecue. The Beach Bach sleeps 8. The king bedroom and one of the two queen bedrooms are located in a separate wing and share a bathroom. The second queen bedroom and bunk bedroom are in the main house where there is a second bathroom. Bed linen, bath and spa/beach towels, kitchen tea-towels, wifi and use of the kayaks and life jackets are included in the nightly rate. The property is close to the Russell car ferry and adjacent to the Opua to Paihia coastal walking track. Come and enjoy our little slice of heaven. 9 The Strand Russell is a private waterfront house situated on the historic Russell waterfront with exceptional views of the wharf and the colourful Russell anchorage with views spanning across the bay to Paihia and Waitangi. Enjoy a 2-minute gentle stroll along the waterfront where you will find our famous restaurants The Gables and The Duke of Marlborough, the wharf shops and cafes. The house is self catering with a beautiful modern, fully equipped kitchen, including oven, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher etc. The lounge & dining area is large and spacious & overlooks the waterfront. Access to the wrap around covered deck is by French doors opening off the living area, relax on the outdoor furniture overlooking the waterfront and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the stunning sunsets... Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The master bedroom has a large private lounge area for that little bit of extra seclusion; a large bay window features a table and chair for the artist or writer in you and an en-suite bathroom.
