This is a 3 bedroom house with a sleepout (please request the sleepout to be made up if you need this extra space). Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a Double bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and also a single bed. In the large halway this is also a divan bed, more suitable for 1 adult or 2 children (please request linen for the divan bed). The sleepout has 1 Double bed. Please request cot and high chair if required. We also have a studio listed if you need another dwelling for 2 people, please check out "La Petite Ferme Studio". We are located in a rural area with lots of good places close by. The nearest cafe is 2 minutes by car and also in town you will find restaurants to suit different tastes. A cinema, theatre, chocolate shop, art galleries, 5 Op shops for treasure hunting and plenty of main street shopping. The Kerikeri Saturday market at The Old Packhouse is famous both near and wide and a great experience. There are also 2 smaller Sunday markets. There are updated detailed lists of places to go and things to do provided for you when you arrive. Groceries and fuel are available in Kerikeri which has both Countdown and New World and 2 petrol stations. A similar distance to the north on State Highway 10 (to the left when you go out the gate) and you have Waipapa, which also has petrol stations, groceries at 4 Square, Bunnings Warehouse, The Warehouse, Mitre10, Bed Bath & Beyond, along with many other shops and a cafe. We are located off State Highway 10, so there can be some road noise.
