The property is rented for the agreed number of guests and additional guests will be charged at $25 pp per night. Please note that this is not a party house, there are permanent residents each side and consideration is requested regarding noise after 10.30 pm. The property is inspected after each occupancy and any damage will be charged to the occupants. It is rented on the 'leave it as you find it' basis and if additional cleaning is required it will be charged at $30 per hour. A cleaning service can be arranged at $150 for a full clean. This covers a 4 hour clean and if additional is required this will be charged at $30/hour.
