The 4.5km beach is 60m from the front lawn and can be seen across the foreshore reserve. The golf course is a 2 minute walk away and access to private tennis courts is across the road. The house features a central open plan living with 2 wings either end, one with master & ensuite, twin bedroom and laundry and outdoor shower access. The other end with super king bedroom, 8 bed bunk room, separate w/c and bathroom. The master, superking bed, living & kitchen areas all enjoy glorious sea views. All bed linen, beach and bath towels including mats, hand towels, tea towels and dishcloths are provided. There is a supply of bin bags, hand wash, washing up liquid, body wash and dishwash tablets, plus kitchen and toilet roll. A linen hire and cleaning fee applies.
