About this Holiday House

MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS' STAY. Delightful old bach just substantially renovated, a few feet from tidal beach, a few minutes from swimming at Sandy Bay, and 10kms from surfing at Waikawau. Fruit trees, native bush, streams and beaches nearby. Quiet, private, romantic and very safe for children. This is not a Lockwood or Keith Hay, it's an old classic Kiwi Bach. We have pillows and duvets, but bring your own mozzie repellant, food, toilet paper, sheets, pillowcases and towels. PLEASE NOTE, DOGS ALLOWED BUT ONLY ONLY ON A LEASH OUTSIDE. Boat launching sometimes possible off the beach right in front 3-4 hrs each side of high tide. Any tide beach launch at Sandy bay. Shallow swimming at high tide. All-tide swimming at Sandy Bay, 3kms away, surfing and DOC Campground at Waikauwau, 10 kms away. WiFi, meals and coffee at Tangiaro Kiwi Resort 2 kms away.

Authentic Kiwi batch in a beautiful location. It's a good spot for family get-togethers and a bonus is that it's pet-friendly. Sandy Bay Beach is a short drive away and offers a lovely beach for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.
