About this Holiday House

Early 1900s character cottage set in private garden, only a stone's throw from The Square. Fully refurbished, open plan with woodburner and polished floors. Both bedrooms, one Queen and one double, open onto the deck, which wraps around three sides of the house. A sun-drenched area with outside seating is a great spot for breakfast or a barbeque. Claw foot bath for relaxing or shower if you prefer. Supplies for continental breakfast provided. Free unlimited wi-fi.

This lovely cottage never disappoints. Quiet & peaceful, so close to the square. Well appointed, spotlessly clean & great hosts. I book it at least once, sometimes twice per year.

Spent an extremely pleasant and comfortable week at Ambrosia. Everything we needed was there and the house itself was in a very quiet spot only a few metres from the main street. Lovely garden and a big veranda to relax in the heat of the day. The fridge was well stocked with breakfast needs and the beds were extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to a return visit in the future. Marc and Phillipa are great and responsive hosts.
