Great family place, in a fantastic location, at reasonable rates, what else do you need for a great stay at Whangamata. We have air conditioning, Sky TV, tons of DVD's, two bathrooms, outdoor hot and cold shower, plus large secure back yard area. With rates from $170 per night, we provide a beautiful, clean and relaxing place to enjoy your stay in Whangamata. Our homely holiday house is in a beautiful and quiet location only minutes walk from town and the beach. This Beach house is at the end of Lorraine place and has easy walkways at the end of the cul de sac, to help make it only a 5 minute walk to town plus Whangamata and RSA clubs, also 12 minutes to the beach. We provide heating, plus electric blankets on the queen beds over the cooler months. There is a children's playground within an easy walk on the way to town. The supermarket and local club are also easy walks so park the car up and enjoybachlife. If you are a fisho, we are handy to the boat ramp and, have a filleting bench (with hot and cold water) , plus plenty of parking on site. We provide our place in a clean, tidy, safe, and healthy manner and ask all guests to leave it in the same manner. We offer a cleaning service from $60. We request a bond that is returnable after clean exit. Booking is not confirmed until deposit is paid in full and accepted. There are lots of events in Whangamata over the year to get involved in, plus fishing, walks, surf beach, mini putt, 9 hole and 18 hole golf. Plenty of great cafes and shops to spend quality time in. We are available for bookings all year round, and we have a few regulars, which is a testament that this is a great holiday place to enjoy your stay in Whangamata. We don't live at this place so the whole house is available for your holiday (except the garage). We have ramp access on the back deck, plus up the Left hand side of the house, to help with mobility access.
