There are also another two out-bedrooms. At every step, this home exudes quality: carara ceilings, jarra/matai floors, timber wall panels, inbuilt seating and lovely leadlight windows. The four bathrooms are situated internally, along with a games room with its own bar. The wine cellar & the huge farm-style kitchen is an entertainer’s dream. Well-insulated, the house is warm & comfortable. In addition, the plantings on this property have been celebrated for almost a century. Tree ferns, cabbage trees, rhododendrons, avocados, walnuts & nikau palms are all well-established. Birdlife abounds, with tuis, fantails, wax-eyes & kingfishers, while monarch butterflies flutter by. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
