The view is stunning and has a great lounge for gathering. Unfortunately the property was not at all clean. There were ants trailing from the fridge to the ranchsliders and also on the kitchen bench trailing to the pantry, cockroaches we found 10, a smelly oven, and bedcovers we had to shake to get free of hair and fluff. But worse of all the three showers had thick matted hair in the drain. When I contacted the rental company with several photos, their rep said she would contact me to do something about it. No response so ended up cleaning ourselves, yuck! Next morning an email said she would waive the cleaning fee.

Amazing holiday place for a big groups specially Family bonding. For anyone Planning to have trip to Abel Tasman I would recommend pick Kaiteriteri as your base and stay at Blue heaven. Perfect place to access Kaiteriteri and Little Kaiteriteri. Offers alot of activities aside from the perfcet Sunrise and Sunset views. 10km only to Abel tasman And very close to Split apple rock and 15mins drive to Motueka where Countdown Mcas Kfc are suited. Sandy is very easy to trade with. Clear instructions before booking and upon arrival. Very accomodating and a family oriented person who makes considerations with no dramas. Thank you so much for making our experience more memorable. Tidy and organized. Peace and calming place to stay, making your escaped overwheelming. Looking forward to come back again in summer time. True Hospitality and Best Accomodation for a big Family and Company outing! If you are planning to a trip in Abel Tasman area I would highly recommend Pick Kaiteriteri as your base and stay in Blue Heaven. Perfect overlooking location from Kaiteriter beach and Little Kaiteriteri. We arrived earlier than expected but Sandy our host welcomed us very nicely and gave us the clear instruction with rooms and amenities. Perfect to satisfaction rate with very warm and 5 queen big rooms and 2 bulk bedrooms. 2toilets with bathrooms that made our stay more convenient. The Sun rise and sunset moments are amazing experience that u will always wanting to capture with memorable photos. Based on our Short stay experience. We wish to come back again in our future Summer gateaway and hoping we could swim and enjoy the golden sun and Still chosing Blue heaven as our based. 15minutes to Abel Tasman ..Split Apple Rock and 15minutes to Motueka where Countdown and great access to Mc'as and KFC.
