About this Holiday House
Our Apartment is located right on Lambton Quay, in a beautiful heritage building, only a few minutes walk from the bus stop (the Airport bus stops here too).
We’re right in the middle of everything with the Cable car only minutes away, cafes, supermarkets and shops right outside the Apartments entrance and a children’s playground only a few minutes away.
The Apartment has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, each room has its own TV and the apartment has wireless internet.
The sitting room has a large TV, DVD player, Apple TV box and heaters to keep you warm.
The kitchen has all the basics plus much more including, coffee machine, popcorn maker, rice cooker, sandwich press, microwave and blender to name a few.
Also available are toys, puzzles and books for children, high chair, basic stroller (not suitable for newborns), basic portable cot (excluding sheets etc for it) and most of the essentials a family would need, including a dish washer, washing machine and dryer. The shower has a small (short bathtub) in the bottom to make bathing the children easier.
Linen and cleaning charges are included in the booking price but guests are asked to ensure that all dishes used are washed and put away before they leave.
The key to the apartment is kept in a secure box that is located only approximately a 2 minute walk away so you can let yourself in without having to meet anyone at a specific time.
The booking fee is for 4 guests but we have available 2 single portable beds for an additional charge. These beds were designed in Sweden and produced in Europe, they have proper slats and a 10cm thick memory foam mattress to provide more comfort and support.
If parking is needed it is available at Plimmer Tower Wilsons Car Parking (very close by and has access to Lambton Quay via Plimmer Tower steps) or at James Cook Wilsons Parking (also close by and has access to Lambton Quay via the James Cook Arcade using the elevators).
