The flat is situated under our own house and we are quiet and available to sort out any questions or issues on the spot. It is fully equipped with everything that is needed to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer dryer so you can put your clothes in and have them dry by the time you get home. The kitchen/dining lounge has been renovated with double glazed windows and sliding door. There is a bench oven and a plug in hob with lots of plug in appliances so you can cook whatever you want. Plenty of kitchen equipment too. Nothing missing. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom. You are within walking distance to the Northern Walkway with absolutely stunning views of the City and sea. This flat is also within a 5 minute drive to the Otari Reserve with amazing bush views as you walk around the tracks. Walk to the bus in moments. I will answer your inquiry within half a day (mostly much less than that). This flat is available for long or short terms. Perfect for a couple who has just arrived in Wellington for work or renovating etc. Seems to be popular with two adults and two children as well. So we have added a high chair, port a cot, toys and books for the very young in addition to a selection of DVD's.
