Awesome modern family beach house with Ocean views. We offer our lovely family beach house to rent as we just can’t get there enough at the moment. It is great for 2 or 3 families with bathrooms both upstairs and down with 2 bedrooms up and 2 downstairs with another small bunk area . We have been renting this for 5 years with rave reviews on another book a Bach site. Sleeps up to 14 with a king bedroom 2 x queen bedrooms one with another double bed settee. A large downstairs room with 2 sets bunks doubles on the bottom singles on top, plus a small room with single bunks. Upstairs is 100sqm of open plan living with dining to seat everyone, a lounge area with sky tv and a sunny area glass windows and arch sliders 3 sides of the house with balcony and outside seating. This house has amazing kitchen facilities and is often used for family catchups, reunions and weddings or just a fun holiday with family or friends. The famous Castlepoint lighthouse night light show is visible from the back verandah during the dark hours. A wood fire and pine cones and wood are provided and the views make it just as nice in the winter. With amazing walks, views, golf and the Castlepoint store with their awesome coffee or fish and chips or a nice evening meal at the local Country pub the Whakataki. Public holidays are at peak rates, 2 night minimum Long weekends are normally 3 night minimum but as me if You are wanting any times. Happy for early check in or late check outs if available. Please note no large organised parties without prior approval. A $60.00cleaning fee is charged to all guests , but you are requested to leave house in a clean tidy condition.
