Awesome spot enjoyed by all, very tidy unit used by our extended family for a wedding. Had everything they needed, appreciated the air fryer. Quick response from owners regarding door lock jam. Would definitely come again.

Lovely comfortable villa in Russell on the side of a hill. Some sea view towards Paihia and good view of Matauwhi Bay from other side of deck. Nice outdoor sitting areas, 2 tables, lots of chairs and big umbrellas for enjoying drinkies and meals. Kitchen well equipped. Villa has pretty much everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, nice linen and pillows. DVD player, enjoyed watching your Inspector Morse dvd. Shower has good pressure. Nice open plan sitting room with large glass windows and doors to aid view. Wekas roam around on lawn. Near native bush with plenty of bird life. Short walk down the hill to township, eating places and wharf. Instructions are short and easy to follow. Own carport.
