About this Holiday House

Beautiful cottage across the road from the sea in Breaker Bay. Watch dolphins play, the ferries come and go and divers and paddle boarders in a sheltered bay. Drive to the door, flat, easy access to house. (Two steps up from driveway to back or front decks). Great for an extended weekend or week away or you could stay and work from home. Check in from 3pm and checkout by 10am.

Close to fantastic restaurants, movie theatres and cafes. Seatoun seaside village with cafes and a pub is a 15 minute walk away or 5 minute drive. Airport 5 minutes scenic drive around the coast. 10 minutes drive to Akau Tangi Sports Centre or the Regional Aquatic Centre. Popular diving beach across the road. Surfing beach 5 minute drive away 20 minutes drive to central city.
