Stayed over here during rough weather, but still enjoyed our stay, and never had any problem at the house. Jo & Paul are excellent hosts! Very responsive and helpful. Most important of all, the place is very spacious even for a big group. Thank you once again, Jo & Paul. :)

Can't say enough good things about our stay here! The property is so spacious and absolutely beautiful. We were 11 adults and had so much space, we spent 5 amazing days here and are already planning our next trip with babies in tow. The houses are all very well equipped and had everything we needed for a long stay, they were also super clean. Kind hosts, easy communication, just a 10/10 stay in every aspect. Thanks again!

Spacious house and comfortable beds, with lovely rural outlook. Make sure you wander to the river. Good location for exploring Waitangi, Paihia, Kerikeri and surrounds. Pricing is spot on. Thank you :)
