This three bedroom holiday home is located in the family-friendly community of French Pass in the Marlborough Sounds You are a just hop, skip and jump from the beach and boat ramp. Plenty of indoor and outdoor storage space. PARKING - is at a premium during the summer months. There is reserved parking beside the house for a boat and vehicle. Another vehicle will fit in front of the garage. WATER SUPPLY - we are on tank water so you may want to bring in your own drinking water. LINEN - tenants must supply their own linen, bedding and towels. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Any tenant that stays in the property are required to take their own cleaning supplies and leave the building in a clean and tidy condition for the next tenant. We have no caretakers on sight. If there is notification from the following tenant that house was not in a clean state, said tenant will be blocked from using the property again.
