Awesome location, everything we needed and more. Such a quiet spot, great to bring our wee dog who loved his visits to the beach over the road. I also loved sitting up on the balcony reading in the sun listening to the birds. Highly recommend for a truly relaxing time.

This downstairs apartment is modern and lovely, with views of the bay. You can use the upstairs deck and (enormous) spa - I believe the owners only rent it when they are not there? (Please correct me if I am wrong as it's not super well explained on the listing). Beds and couch are comfy, Shower is good, kitchen well equipped. It is surrounded by bush and the birdlife is amazing. Short walk to the water of the bay where you can swim or paddle etc. Everything is wonderfully quiet. Only thing I'd have liked to have pointed out is that you need coins for the rubbish bin on the way out ... we took our rubbish there as requested but had no coins to operate the skip so had to drag it the whole way back to wellington! Apart from better descriptions around rubbish disposal and the unit itself, everything else was great. Leanne was very helpful and prompt replies for all booking queries etc. Thanks.
