About this Holiday House

Originally the school Principals house before the school closed down.. Situated on the Kaikoura coast in the beautiful Clarence Valley 30 minutes north of Kaikoura. Immediate access to the great outdoors....fishing at the river mouth..viewing the seals .great bike rides on the valley road..walks down to the river..easy access to the Kaikoura activities..the famous Kekerengu Store 20 minutes.. coffee at the beach cafe 5 minutes ..or just enjoying the peace and tranquility of the Valley .

Kekerangu store cafe 20 minutes up coast for meals or Karaka cafe 5 minutes away at beach. Visit seals 10 minutes down the coast. Kaikoura 30 minutes with all its activities. Surfing at Maungamanu. Awesome farm walks.

Peaceful location, very comfortable, easy to live in house, with lovely surroundings. Love all the extra touches like kilim rugs, flowers, magazines and books that add to the enjoyment of the stay. Super comfortable beds/linen and furniture. We definitely hope to return.

We loved the house! It has been sympathetically renovated and is very clean, warm and welcoming. It was lovely to meet Robyn, who was particularly fabulous to deal with. We were there during a cold southerly and it was wonderful to sit in the comfortable living room and watch the hail fall through the big picture windows. We all said that we wished we could have another few days doing just that! We will definitely be back. Thanks Robyn!

Spotlessly clean . Very welcoming, comfortable and homely. Some good walks and within easy driving distance to cafes. Would highly recommend.
