THE RENTAL AGREEMENT YOU ARE MAKING WITH US and OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
KEY LOCATIONS & DIRECTIONS:
These will be sent to you by email within 7 days of your arrival.
ARRIVAL TIMES:
From 3pm onwards on the first day of your booking, the home will be available for you. If you would like to arrive earlier, please enquire.
DEPARTURE TIMES:
You will need to depart the home by 10am at the latest.
Failure to depart on time may incur additional fees.
If you would like to arrange a late departure, please enquire.
LINEN:
A linen fee has been included in your booking, which is a part of your cleaning fee. This provides good quality sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, face clothes and tea towels for your stay.
This will be supplied at our discretion, two adults to a double bed, unless otherwise requested by you at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.
PETS!
Please inquire. Let us know of your intention to bring the furry family members. A pet fee of $65 per stay will apply.
It is intended that pets would be outside, and they are not permitted on the house furniture.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
If you have extra guests you would like to stay and there is room in the home for them, please let us know. Extra guest fees will apply.
DEPARTURE CLEANS:
You can relax! as a departure clean fee is included in your booking. However, please note you are still responsible for a few things before you leave:
In General - please leave the home in a reasonably clean & tidy condition.
If you've moved furniture about, please put it back the way it was when you arrived.
The BBQ - You would have found this clean for your use, please leave it in the same condition when you go.
Your dishes - please make sure they are washed and put away.
The Oven - if you use it, please make sure it is in the same condition as when you arrived.
Your Rubbish and Recycling - you need to take all this with you.

If we need to look after any of these details for you, any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your bond.
BOND:
A bond of $250 will be held as security for each stay.
After your departure, the property will be inspected to make sure the home has been left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, that the dishes, rubbish, oven and bbq have been left as they were found, and that there is no damage to the property. Any additional costs related to your booking will be communicated to you and may be deducted from your bond.

NOISE:
You will be staying in a residential area so it is expected you would be respectful of all your neighbours during your stay. Please keep noise to a minimum between 11.30pm and 6am.
We hope for the best from our neighbours in return, however, we take no responsibility for their actions. If you are experiencing excessive noise from your neighbours during your stay, we would appreciate knowing about this, however for immediate action, we recommend contacting local authorities to take action.
CANCELLATIONS:
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
COVID -19
We do not require guests to provide proof of vaccination in order to stay at our bach. However we do ask that you scan our COVID 19 QR code with your Covid Tracer App to take care of the guests you have invited to your booking.
CANCELLATIONS:
We guarantee that should you need to cancel your booking due to COVID-19 ALert level 3 or 4 travel restrictions, we will provide a Full refund for your booking.
