A recently refurbished 3-bedroom house accompanied by a 2-bedroom sleepout, located less than a 2-minute walk from Petone Foreshore. The sleepout will be automatically available for groups of 6 or more guests (or upon request.) The main house features three generously sized bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, and a newly constructed outdoor entertainment space. The sleepout comprises two bedrooms with ample space for relaxation. Both the house and sleepout have been meticulously furnished with new furniture, beds, and linen (Note: The sleepout does not include a separate bathroom). Enjoy the sea breezes with your own covered outdoor deck that flows out from the lounge. Plenty of off-street parking and a fully fenced section. For security measures, there is a surveillance camera positioned outside the sleepout, monitoring the driveway and gate. Bed configuration: House: 1st bedroom - 1 x queen House: 2nd bedroom - 1 x queen House: 3rd bedroom - 1 x king single Sleepout: 1st bedroom - 1 x queen Sleepout: 2nd bedroom - 1 x queen & 1 x king single There is a $100 cleaning fee, per stay. Cancellation Policy: - If a cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in, you'll lose 50% of the total booking price. - If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in, you'll lose 100% of the total booking price. House Rules – During your stay: 1. No vaping or smoking inside house. 2. As this is a residential street, we do ask that there is no excessive noise after 9pm. 3. No parties or events are to be held on the property. 4. Do not remove any furniture from inside the house - outdoor furniture has been provided and can be found on the deck. House Rules – When you leave: 1. Wash, dry and put away dishes. 2. Clean the oven (including trays) if you have used it. 3. Return any furniture to their original position. 4. Lock all doors and shut all windows.
