Two queens, one king and a double with a single bed, in addition to a divan in the lounge. • A generous north-west facing 70m2 patio with a 4m x 2.5m plunge pool (set at 26 degrees in the summer) and works as spa in the winter season. • The patio is stunning, it captures incredible sun, with a BBQ, outdoor furniture and recliners, table and chairs for al fresco dining. • Two bathrooms with a standalone bath in one. Infinity hot water means you never run out. • Separate laundry. • All bedrooms have double blinds for privacy and good night’s sleep in addition to ceiling fans for those warm Martinborough nights. • All bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s with Netflix included, and any other app easily selectable with your log-in details. • High speed fibre WIFI. • A dedicated working desk for those that may have to ‘ work from home’ from time to time. • Heat pump which serves as an aircon in the Summer. • Modern open plan living awaits you as you’ll find a contemporary kitchen with all the conveniences including a Nespresso coffee maker with pods and a frother so your first port of call can be a lovely cup of coffee. • Carparking for three cars as well as plenty kerbside. • Access to the on-site summer pool, tennis court and trampoline. As the owner, this place is super special to me. I wanted to create an ultimate place of relaxation – whether it’s a romantic getaway, a couple’s retreat, a wedding party, a wine tasting club, a family bach-ful or a bunch of colleagues. Open up the ranch sliders in the late afternoon to take advantage of the indoor-outdoor flow between the large 70m2 patio, open-plan living-dining room and entertainer-style kitchen. My favourite thing to do when I’m here is hopping in the plunge pool with a glass of wine as the sun sets. Martinborough shops, a boutique movie theatre, and cafes are a short 15-minute walk or three-minute drive away. Hire bikes with friends and visit one of the many wineries. Martinborough is a perfect place to enjoy some of the highlights of the Wairarapa, like Stonehenge Aotearoa (15 min); Greytown (20 minutes); The Pinnacles (40 min), and Cape Palliser Lighthouse (1 hour).
