Tucked back in off the road it offers a long straight driveway for easy off street boat parking with a gate to shut away your pride and joy. Kaikoura Fishing Retreat offers an awesome outdoor area with lights and heaters setup in the ceiling for celebrating the great days fishing and a huge BBQ for cooking it!!!

Outdoor BBQ area with big BBQ Heaters and Lights that are all setup on timers to cook Your Catch. Plenty of off street parking for your boat and if the boat ramp carpark is full its only a one minute walk to park your car and trailer back up the drive. Everything you need including an outdoor sink with running water for filleting your fish.

Plenty of Fishing Charters are a gentle 1 minute walk away. Whale Watching and Dolphin Encounter boats operate from a 1 minute walk away. Lovely walks around the Seal Colony start just up the road in the rest area approx 2 minute walk away just turn left out the gate and carry on walking straight.

Lovely compact home in a peaceful setting. Beautifully clean on arrival & the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed walking over the peninsula to Kaikōura & also around the peninsula from the Kaikōura side to watch all the seals. Would certainly return. Thank you for sharing your holiday home.
