Enjoy lazy days at the beach with under a 2 minute walk from the beach house. Great swimming, snorkeling, diving and fishing. Sleep well in a king size bed, and queen bed, also a folding bed (suitable for a child only). Great kitchen, full stove, fridge and much more.

The beach house is located in a peaceful popular location on a large section of tall trees, with ample shade out the front of the section for those hot sunny days. On the way here stop for provisions in Kerikeri or Waipapa, ensuring you have all your needs met before you reach paradise. There is a convenience store and petrol station next door, with limited opening hours.

Matauri Beach campground is located nearby, but far enough away for your private stay. Te Ngaere Bay beach is just a 10 minute drive away. Kemp House and Stone Store in Kerikeri is 34 km from Matauri Bay, while Paihia is 56 km from the property. The nearest airport is Bay of Islands Airport - just 37 km away. Top of the hill before heading to Matauri Bay you will find a great fish and chip shop that has the best meals!! Try their yummy fish burger! There are 2 laundromat's in Kerikeri (31kms away) for your clothes washing needs.

Amazing stay! Was kid friendly, was a easy walk to the beach. House was lovely and had everything we needed. highly recommend 🙌🏼

Loved our stay here! 2 min walk to the beach, small shop and gas station as well as close to the campground so convenient if you have friends and family staying there too. When we arrived the house was SPOTLESS and we had great communication with the host. The home itself exceeded our expectations and had everything you need and more as well as everything Matauri Bay has to offer at your fingertips. Would 100% recommend to anyone if you want a comfortable and relaxing stay at Matauri! We will be back :) 10/10
