The villa is located on a 5 acre property and was built in 2007 for your hosts Tuti originally from Indonesia & Peter an ex Western Australian abalone diver along with their five daughters who moved to Kaikoura in 2004 from Christmas Island, the girls are all grown up and married and living in the South Island. We chose this location for the outstanding Mountain Views and its close proximity to the Township only an 8 minute drive and the famous surf location of Mangamanu only a 5 minute drive from the villa. The Villa is beautifully furnished with mostly solid teak furniture, very comfortable seating and all super king beds. The villa is located centrally to Kaikoura’s main attractions such as surf beaches, diving locations, walks, cycleways, the seal colony, whale watch and charter fishing tours. Hapuku Lodge and Treehouses is a 3 minute drive away and is open for gourmet luncheons and dinners.
